Preparation Guidelines
- Animals should be groomed and dry prior to the session to ensure equipment effectiveness.
- Please do not apply fly spray or other topicals.
- Ensure a quiet, safe area with minimal distractions is available for the treatment.
- A handler must be present for the duration of horse and livestock sessions.
- Please disclose any recent injuries, surgeries, or medical conditions before booking.
Cancellation Policy
To respect our travel schedule, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or 'no-shows' at the scheduled visit time will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the session cost.
